Fire rescue workers from Riverside County, California came to the aid of a three month old female Australian Cattle dog that wedged it’s head inside the wheel of a spare tire. The rescue heroes first tried to lubricate the scared pup to slide it out, but it became apparent that the little girl’s neck had become so swollen that it became impossible to slide the collar off.
