Sunday co-host Stacey Ritz


Our new Sunday show-Rescue Sunday will feature co-host Stacey Ritz.

Stacey Ritz, M.Ed. is an author, award-winning freelance writer and photographer. Ritz is a professional member of the CWA (Cat Writers Association), DWAA (Dog Writers), IWWG (International Women’s Writers Guild) and She Writes. In addition, Ritz is the Executive Director and co-founder of a 501c3 non-profit organization – Advocates 4 Animals, Inc.- benefiting animals in need. Stacey is a national expert in the human-animal bond, and in the social/emotional rehabilitation of companion animals.

Ritz’s published articles appear in: Cat Fancy Magazine, Dog Living Magazine, The Examiner, Care2, The Dayton City Paper, Greene County Dailies, Animal Fair Magazine, The Golden Rule – to name a few.

Stacey is a 2011 Merial Human-Animal Bond Winner, 2012 Muse Medallion Award Winner and 2012 Ceva Human-Animal Bond Winner. In addition Stacey won 3 Certificates of Excellence for her writing/photography publications in 2012.

The show debuts May 19, 2013.
