Disabled Pup and Pigeon.

This pup and pigeon bonded to each other at the Mia Foundation, a shelter for dogs with birth defects and posted this pic on their Facebook page. Some national media outlets picked it up and has made this odd couple a smash hit.

Lundy is a two-month-old Chihuahua with spinal problems  and was brought to the Mia foundation in New York a month ago and  Herman is a long time resident and cannot fly. The two are bonded and inseparable- often seen sleeping and cuddling together

The Foundation is expecting to rehabilitate Lundy to move around in a wheelchair and find a new home, while Herman will live out his life at the shelter.
