Finally, provide a water source, such as a shallow dish filled with clean water that can be refreshed daily. 2. Hiding and Nesting Areas

4. Providing the Right Diet

Cockroach habitats should be kept clean to avoid the spreading of diseases and to provide a healthy environment for the pet. Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure that your pet cockroaches are living in a comfortable and healthy environment.

To begin with, spot-check the habitat and look for any debris, food, or other contaminants that need to be removed. Turn the substrate in the habitat over and discard any dead cockroaches. Then, use a diluted bleach solution to sanitize all of the surfaces.
