Bow Wow Wow

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together peanut butter, honey, Coconut Oil and chicken broth. In a separate bowl, combine flours and oatmeal. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Place dough on flour dusted surface. Roll or press dough out to about 1/4″ inch thick. Use a bone cookie cutter (or cookie cutter shape of your choice!) to cut out cookies. Roll out leftover scraps and cut out as many as possible. Put cut out cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.

 

Hot Diggity Dog

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, Coconut Oil and milk with a fork until smooth. Stir in the flour and baking powder until well blended. Knead dough until smooth. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.

 

Peanut Paws

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, combine oats, bananas, peanut butter and coconut oil. Add an additional 2 tablespoons oats at a time just until the dough is no longer sticky. Working on a lightly floured surface, knead the dough 3-4 times until it comes together. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut out desired shapes and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake until the edges are golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
